Thousands Line Street to Honor Bicester, UK, Firefighter Killed at Blaze

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Firefighter Jennie Logan, 30, was killed battling a fire last month that also claimed a colleague.

Thousands of firefighters, rescue crews and civilians lined the streets to honor a fallen hero Saturday.

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service Firefighter Jennie Logan, 30, was killed battling a fire last month that also claimed Firefighter Martyn Sadler, 38.

The two along with a civilian died in the fire in the former aircraft hangar, where businesses, including a classic car restoration shop were located, according to the Oxford Mail. 

Logan's casket, draped in a Union flag, was carried atop an aerial rig through the streets in Bicester. 

The procession paused at the fire station for a moment of silence.
